Every course offered in the 2008-2009 GSD curriculum is given a Course iSite at the start of the academic year. All Course iSites contain basic information automatically generated from the GSD registrar's database.

To make changes to your Course iSite, you will need to login with your HUID and PIN by clicking on the "login" button at the top right of the Course iSite. If you have not registered for a Harvard PIN or need to request a replacement PIN, visit the Request a New PIN page and follow the instructions
By default, only the course instructor (as listed in the GSD Registrar’s database) can make changes to a Course iSite. If you are a course instructor, you can grant other teaching staff administrative access (this would include your Teaching Fellows and assistants) by clicking on the "Course Site Admin" link (at the top left navigation barof the main page, as in the sample above) and then clicking on "Manage the list of Site Administrators."

Sample Course Site Admin page
To grant guest access to people who have not registered as students in your course, click on the Course Site Admin link at the top left of the main Course iSite page, then click on "Manage the Class List." The Class List page displays teaching staff, enrollees, and guests. To add a guest, click on the "Add People" link to the right of the "Guests" listing. Guests who do not have an HUID or Harvard-affiliated email address must first register for a Harvard XID. Once they have registered, the course instructor can then add them to the guest list by entering the email address they used to register their XID.
